Unfortunately, I had to wait 45 minutes because the car wasn't ready at pick up. Also I noticed my car was sprayed inside with residue left on windows and dash. The outside windows were wiped with a dirty wasn't ready at pick up. Also I noticed my car was sprayed inside with residue left on windows and dash. The outside windows were wiped with a dirty rag! I had just came from a carwash minutes before dropping my car off....it should have been returned in the same condition. Even the new tire - no tire shine applied...I had shine on all tires. Importantly majority of your staff and customers were allowed to not wear Masks in your building. I observed this during my 45 minute wait. This is a State Requirement to wear Mask while in retail businesses. More

Service advisor likes to talk more than listening. I was trying to ask a question and he kept cutting me off . I even had to say that can I please ask the question I have been trying to ask . I told him I had a meeting and to leave but he was pressurizing me to get the battery replaced then and there. I asked him how long it will take , he said 45 min . I said I have to go and I will come back . He said how about we get it done in 30 min ? That made me more unsure about getting it replaced though I wanted to get the battery replaced . I said I have to go then he insisted again telling me that the car is open and we will have to go through this again . More
