To cut this short, I understand going to a dealership you will be paying an arm and leg for labor, and all the parts are tripled in price, however me spending just about $3,100 for one headlight and receivin will be paying an arm and leg for labor, and all the parts are tripled in price, however me spending just about $3,100 for one headlight and receiving my car with 3 new scratches on it is unacceptable. Furthermore initially one of the representatives stated I wouldn’t have to pay the diagnostic fee If I actually opted in on getting the work done, miraculously it shows up on my invoice with the work I agreed to have done. I had to request it basically be taken off. I bought my car here 6 years ago and the service used to be better. Now it’s all greed and about money every second. Unfortunately this will be my last time utilizing this dealership after this experience. Also the representative didn’t inform me that my credit card would be charged $500 for a loaner and I’m still waiting to see if I will be credited that back as well. More
