Alexia although brand new was very helpful, prompt and stuck to her word. I was traveling over four hours to make the purchase. To this point, they have done good, if very expensive work. However this service was a bit below standard. First, it was very hard to get a service adviser to pick up a call or answer an e mail until I m work. However this service was a bit below standard. Only at that point was I allowed to access a service adviser to discuss the work and timing given we live 80 miles away and my caretaker has to take the car to the appointment. But all went smoothly after we arranged the appointment until I drove the car this weekend having returned for the summer from Arizona: our Apple Car Play has disappeared after both the main and auxiliary batteries were replaced and the car is reporting that an A0 Service is due. So not good and it looks like some checklist or process was not followed. We will find out but was disappointed that these problems occurred. More

I went in to get an estimate for a broken door handle. They charged me $300 for the estimate and then completely botched their estimate.
