Kyle Weiman created the Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! Like a few others, I was not looking forward to shopping for a new car around the holidays. In the past I haven’t had the best experience car shopping Like a few others, I was not looking forward to shopping for a new car around the holidays. In the past I haven’t had the best experience car shopping and haggling over prices with fast talking sales people that only care about the sale. I was presently surprised by the MB Owings Mills team, especially my salesman Kyle Weiman. Kyle was VERY patient and attentive. He listened to my all my wants to suggest the right car to fit my needs and budget. His calm demeanor, customer service and attention to all the small stuff made it easy to trust that he didn’t just want to sell me any car on the lot, he was committed to finding “my” car no matter how long the process took. Weeks after I purchased my new SUV, Kyle called just to check on things. He wanted to make sure I had registered for all the complimentary promotions such as satellite radio and Mercedes connect. It was nice to see that his customer service extended beyond the completion of the sale. I am not just happy with my new SUV, I happy with my buying experience. Any opportunity I get I share my experience with people in the market for a new car and I tell them all to go see Kyle. In addition to Kyle I also wanted to add that the purchase would not have been possible without the help of Robb. Robb is so personable and funny. I visited the dealership several times before I made a decision and both Kyle and Robb were just as nice on day 6 as they were on day 1. There was never a time where they rushed me or made me feel like I was wasting their time. They treated me like a friend. More
