Patricia was good but I didn’t feel really welcomed. I had to ask where the coffee was, waiting room is not as nice, my car was not cleaned inside (vacuumed). It was taken back but back floor was not done. I will probably go back to valley for service but buy next from me Wollman. More

I had particular requirements for the car I wanted and after careful exploration of the inventory, Dennis found the exact match (something other dealerships and sales consulstants were not able to do)! Dennis was extremely knowledgeable regarding the vehicle I was interested in and patiently took me on a very informative test drive that taught me so much about all of the features. Him and the Sales Manager Robb Banks did everything in their power to make the deal happen without having the typical “sales” personality which can make the car-buying experience not so enjoyable. They treated us like family. I am extremely happy with my vehicle and we got a great deal on it! I shopped around numerous Mercedes Benz dealerships, but the Owings Mills branch with Dennis and Robb was definitely my favorite. Despite living in New Jersey, I will be continuing my business with them. We have been dealing with Mercedes Benz for over 20 years and this team has set a new standard for excellence. More

I was immediately greeted in a polite manner and my sales representative, Brooke greeted me. Honestly, it was a smooth tension-less process. I test drove two vehicles and was ultimately sold on a C-Class. Worth noting, I originally identified a used car that I was interested in but it wasn't available when I arrived at the dealership. You see, the vehicle I wanted was a "loaner" vehicle for the dealership so they sold me my vehicle at the price point of the loaner. Obviously I was extremely happy with that. All in all this has been the best dealership I've encountered. Brooke did an excellent job and it was a great experience. I'll definitely be in touch with Brooke when it's time for my next Mercedes.
