I had spent hours searching the internet (and Mercedes USA site) for a car and he found one in 5 minutes. He facilitated the arrival of the car from out of town and made the transaction super easy. The service is good if you can get anyone to answer the phones to make an appointment. You can wait for a computer to finally answer when you call the main number and ultimately be transferred to the ser phones to make an appointment. You can wait for a computer to finally answer when you call the main number and ultimately be transferred to the service department which doesn't answer the phone until you've been waiting a long time, then a computer finally answers and tells you to leave a message and they will return the call, which they never do. This dealer has the worst phone service I've ever encountered. More
