Good, honest service for my Mercedes. They told me the cost upfront and they checked everything while it was there. I didn’t know how to work something on my Mercedes’ (that I purchased elsewhere) compute cost upfront and they checked everything while it was there. Not good at communicating that you were closed on Saturday’s. Very inconvenient for people out of town and work all week. Was not told this and the car was damaged by tow truck driver. Scheduled the service when I wanted & explained what would be done during the service and why it was needed. A shuttle ride was offered which I didn’t require but was nice to have the option.
