I bought a BZ certified car and found a problem on the very same day of buying. I sent the car back to the dealership for diagnose three days later and left myself without any loaner's car for the next fo very same day of buying. I had to take the car back after the fourth day because the other car in my household Was not available neither. They didn't find out the cause of the problem and said over the phone that they would schedule another time for check with a loaner's car when I picked the car up. The truth is nobody ever cared to book me another appointment when I picked up. I had to do it myself later over the phone. Putting all those aside, it shouldn't even happen at the first place because it is a certified car! It should have been checked and fixed before I bought it. More

I am a very unhappy customer, My service has always been good but not this time. You have had my car for 5 days for what was to be a 2 day job and I have had no communication except when I called trying to good but not this time. This is my second time visiting the service center and it was completely different from my first visit. The first visit I came in because of some weird sounds coming from my tire whilst turning. I took it in and they claimed to have checked it but it still made the same noises — and, they didn’t even fill up my tires to the correct amount. This time around I had a new service representative and she was quick, attentive, and provided much more customer service than the last person. Unfortunately, I don’t feel welcomed when I come to this particular location ever, but her customer service made me feel like someone actually cared about me as a customer. The job was done quick and well. More
Great experience at Mercedes of Portland. I have previously shopped at Mercedes of Beaverton (the salesman there couldn’t be bothered to move 2 cars so my wife and I could test drive the SUV I have previously shopped at Mercedes of Beaverton (the salesman there couldn’t be bothered to move 2 cars so my wife and I could test drive the SUV she wanted terrible customer service). The best experience I ever had at a car dealership! Everyone there was fantastic and they all treated me like I was family. Duncan Ostrander was so amazing!
