Andy Horne should be nominated for Employee of the Year! he did what my home MB dealer (West Chester PA) failed to do - properly diagnosed my A/C issue in our Mercedes-Airstream Sprinter van RV! They could he did what my home MB dealer (West Chester PA) failed to do - properly diagnosed my A/C issue in our Mercedes-Airstream Sprinter van RV! They could not find the cause of the slow warming and slowing fan speed. But Andy and MB of Princeton did! And on top of that achievement, he successfully worked with our RV extended warranty company to cover the majority of the cost of the repair! Above and beyond indeed! I will be takiong allof my Spinter repair work to Andy and MB of Princeton from now on...even though its a 90-minute drive for me! Thanks, Andy! More
