My service experience was excellent. It started with how very easy it was to book my appointment online, exactly when it was convenient for me. I was greeted on arrival and kept informed of status while I waited in the very comfortable lounge. The time it took for the service to be performed was exactly what i was told. When my service was completed, I asked Victor to look at a couple of blemishes on the exterior and he was very accomodating to take care of those while I waited. I appreciated that he has reached our several times to confirm that I was satisfied with the service. Overall experience gets an A+ rating from me. More

Just bought my second Mercedes in a year from Princeton. Arno is the best he help me design my new AMG CLE 53 which I cannot believe how incredible it looks.
