Alex Shaparin was my main sales representative, and this was easily the best Mercedes leasing experience I’ve had. This was my third Mercedes lease over the past nine-plus years, each from a different deale was easily the best Mercedes leasing experience I’ve had. This was my third Mercedes lease over the past nine-plus years, each from a different dealership, and the Princeton dealership truly stood out. The entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. I first reached out to Alex late Friday night, and he responded early Saturday morning. After just a few emails back and forth that morning, we were able to quickly land on a lease that perfectly fit what I was looking for—no pressure, no wasted time. I returned my previous lease and picked up the new vehicle on Monday. Alex clearly understood my priorities and guided the process in a way that made everything straightforward and stress-free. When I visited the dealership on Monday, the atmosphere was great—everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely happy to help, which made the experience even better. Even though the drive to Princeton is twice as long as going to my nearest dealership, it was absolutely worth it. I would not hesitate to lease from the Princeton dealership again and highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a seamless Mercedes leasing experience. More
