Nick is nothing shy of amazing, empathetic and kind. I don't mind spending, even w/ a live in mechanic, when the techs here KNOW EHAT THEY ARE DOING! THIS IS NOT TRUE FOR ALL DEALER MECHANICS, BUT PRINCETON does one xxxx of a job!! More

Arno is also very efficient in getting all the lease documents completed and ready to sign, which I greatly appreciate. After signing, Robert Lisi was ready to sit in the car with me, pair my phone, and patiently walk me through all the new tech features. He’s excellent at explaining everything clearly — even to this old “boomer”! Robert encouraged me to come back anytime if I need help with any of the many features in my beautiful new E350. Both Arno and Robert made this another outstanding Mercedes-Benz experience. Highly recommend! More
