Sale was handled swiftly and professionally and Robert did a great job showing the ropes of the car. I felt a little isolated after a few days when no one followed up (I had been spoiled by my previous de did a great job showing the ropes of the car. I asked for a little gift…something to welcome me as a customer. Well when I returned to pick up my plates, Jimmy took great care of me. They gave me a courtesy car wash and some nice little gifts. Excellent service and attitude. Fortunately, I didn't need to go to another Mercedes dealership this time. Last time MB Princeton was very busy with only options in three months.
