Having been a Customer in Princeton since 1983, I was truly disappointed. It's not what is used to be. Where to begin, it used to much friendlier, more courteous and professional. The Service took a bit longer than expected, it happens, but the appropriate communication was lacking. That was probably the result of the fact that there was only one Service adviser, as only one Associate at the Desk. That is frankly for a Saturday not acceptable. My next scheduled Service will be hopefully better. More
