If I could give this dealer a zero star I would. I’ve purchased 5 Mercedes Benz’s and this has been the worst experience ever! I called the GM Robert Lisi three times and emailed him twice and never heard back from him. The salesman Alex Sharpan lied to me nonstop just to get me to wait longer. A day after I purchased the car I noticed the problem. I’ve owned the car for three weeks and it’s been in service for two weeks so far and they can’t fix the problem. How a dealer can sell you a car with a problem and then a day later say it’s not their responsibility is beyond me. Avoid this dealer at all costs. More

The buying experience never felt rushed, nor did it take more time than needed. He treated us with respect, as though we were buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. We did have to do some work to get to the right price, though it was collaborative and not adversarial. Vasil also put in the extra work to get the vehicle we wanted.
