Although no one likes to wait for service to be done on their car, MB princ Mercedes has always taken car of me and the numerous C classes I have had. They are always willing to help answer my questions and diagnose problems I have/had with the car. Overall 9/10 More

Nice people and service. However, I did not get a loner as promised while scheduling 20 days in advance. Had to sit almost 3 hours and wasted time while waiting for my B1 service.
