Clean and professional. The service mechanic was knowledgeable and efficient the waiting area was clean and orderly. The car was washed when the service was done. I just purchased a GLC300W/4 yesterday. I absolutely LOVE it. I have to say purchasing a vehicle during the pandemic at Mercedes Benz of Princeton was the best experience.
