New car I had the opportunity to order a new car at Mercedes Benz Princeton and the whole process from start to finish was so easy thanks to Thomas Knobloch, I had the opportunity to order a new car at Mercedes Benz Princeton and the whole process from start to finish was so easy thanks to Thomas Knobloch, Jr and Robert Lisi. Tom sat down with me when I first went in and went over every option available on the car I was interested in. I had time to ask any questions I had and he made sure that what I chose was really what I wanted. Once the car arrived and we went back to pick it up Robert Lisi went over everything in my new car and answered all my questions. He sat with me in the car to make sure I knew how it all worked.
