The paperwork is always ready, all questions are always answered, and the tutorial Robert provides is precise and helpful. The service doesn’t just stop when we drive our cars off the lot; instead, any issues or questions after the fact, which could even be a year or so later, are always met with a “don’t worry, come into the dealership and we’ll take care of it” or “we can help you with that.” These reassurances and professional courtesies are all I need to keep returning as a loyal customer. Service advisor Brian McCoy was thorough and professional in reviewing my service needs, and he kept me abreast of the progress as the day went along. It turned out to be a costly visit, and Tom Knobloch was kind enough to insert himself into the process to work it out. While he wasn't involved in this endeavor, my salesman, Tom Trovas, is always there to help when needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this excellent dealership! More
