I had very happy buying and service experience with Paul and Jeff at Mecerdes-Benz of Princeton. Paul was one of the best salesmen I have met, and I purchased the service package according to his suggestion and Jeff at Mecerdes-Benz of Princeton. The appointment was scheduled smoothly and the service was timely. Jeff explained everything to me clearly and I felt safe with my car being handled with the hands of the experts. The front desk was very friendly as well. BTW, I really like their after service car cleaning. My car is like brand new after that! More

Everyone was nice and professional, appreciated everyone's help with my car. Linda helped me get situated and the service team got my car fixed up. The estimated wait time ran double what I was originally told which was a little inconvenient but I understand that estimates aren't always accurate--just wish I was able to get an update rather than having to wait around for an extra hour than I had planned for.
