Totally mislead and ripped off. Was sold a car that was supposed to be new but this was hardly the case. I started to suspect foul play and my suspicions were substantiated. After bringing the car to sever supposed to be new but this was hardly the case. I started to suspect foul play and my suspicions were substantiated. After bringing the car to several body shops it was determined by all of them that the left rear of the car had been repaired and repainted, but of course this was never divulged to me. Other tell tale signs became evident. The whole process of buying the car was utterly ridiculous. On the day of delivery the car had not been cleaned inside or out. It was only after I refused delivery did they clean it up a tiny bit. Of course there were intentional mistakes on the contract that they hoped I did not catch. Dealership acted as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to purchase a car there. The "new car" was missing a part and after I caught them in several lies it was finally installed.This is clearly the biggest mistake I ever made. I wish I could see the look on the dealership manager's face when he gets served the subpeona. More

I met Hank 11 years ago at another Mercedes dealership. He left a lasting impression on me. I saw pictures of the new S580 and I loved it. I sat down with Hank told him what I was looking for, he understood and helped me designed the car that I wanted. He explained with the corona virus that the car would be delayed. During my wait he kept me updated on its status and let me know I was not tied to the deal. Well Mercedes finally released the car and it was well worth the wait.
