Dave Battista advised me on technical details on both C-Class and E-Class late model vehicles that would interest and fit my needs. Dave recommended that I deal with Jonathan to expose me to the inventory available at Silver Spring. This was just right, and after reviewing the inventory I selected several vehicles that I was interested to evaluate. Jonathan than arranged for me and my son to visit your dealership and review the vehicles he selected for me. This worked out great and I chose a 215 C300 Black on Black that I loved and purchased that day. However, my trusty mechanic Dave also put his stamp of approval on the car before I bought. Ashlee Walton was amazing! I came in on President's Day weekend with the intention of just test driving a few certified/used cars and ended up driving out with a brand new 2017 I came in on President's Day weekend with the intention of just test driving a few certified/used cars and ended up driving out with a brand new 2017 GLA. I originally planned to wait a few months to a year before making a purchase, however between the amazing service and phenomenal deal I got, I couldn't pass up the opportunity. Ashlee made the entire process quick and easy and was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the cars I test drove. There was absolutely no pressure from her to purchase a vehicle; in fact the first thing she asked was when I was thinking about buying and she commended my forethought to do numerous test drives before committing. Ashlee took the time to explain features of the Mercedes Me app--to include the light/horn button. Most men would have glossed over such a seemingly innocuous feature, however for women to have the option to potentially startle someone lurking a bit too close to the car (especially at night) this is GREAT. Overall it was a great experience and one that has turned me from a Volvo lover to a Mercedes lover! More
