Fred Romsey in MB Natick Service went above and beyond to facilitate getting my vehicle to the Herb Chambers Collision Center for major repairs following an accident resulting in significant damage to my veh facilitate getting my vehicle to the Herb Chambers Collision Center for major repairs following an accident resulting in significant damage to my vehicle. Fred and MB Natick assisted the collision center to resolve supply chain issues involving parts that had to come from MB in Germany. Once the repairs were completed (5 months after the accident) the collision center coordinated with Fred to perform final check out of electronics/sensors at MB Natick. He also promptly arranged for switching out the winter tires for summer tires, including procuring two new tires, ensuring that I received the vehicle without further delay. Fred is a dependable, knowledgeable and customer-focused service manager and I highly recommend him. More
