West Covina Service Center has the best service compared to other Mercedes service places. I've been to the one in Arcadia, Encino, and Los Angeles and i've had bad experiences in those. West Covina Service greets customers and offers coffee and pastries as well. The process is quick and easy ,even when it comes to getting a rental car. The advisors that i have got have gave me clear and constant communication on my car. Advisors communicate the problem with my car and what they will do to fix it . They also contact me when my car is ready for pickup. I will continue coming here and will recommmend to friends and family. More

He made me feel a sense of trust, so I base my decision on his clear explanations of the car. This young man is a keeper and if you don’t take care of him, I will hire him from you someday. Lol.
