Dropped my vehicle off at 9am and Riad was friendly and helpful. Was told it would be 2-3 hours. It wasn't ready until 430pm. Also, charging 3% to use a credit card is ridiculous. More

My car's tires' air is still low, marks/dimples are still there, price paid in higher he didn't mentioned ahead also he forced me to pay because it was 5pm close to closing time. I have been driving Benz since my very first car year of 1993 to now purchased few new cars through benz dealer. Hope benz could keep the high brand’s image NOT let service advisor plays games whatever they want!
