This was our first service experience at Mercedes for our 2021 Sprinter conversion van. I will admit, I had heard all about the challenges between Mercedes and the van manufacturer not taking responsibility 2021 Sprinter conversion van. I will admit, I had heard all about the challenges between Mercedes and the van manufacturer not taking responsibility for fixing an issue. That being said, our service advisor, Juan, did an excellent job explaining the challenges and in the end covered the van repair under warranty.
