It was the last day of the month-- salesman told me to take the car and come back and they would fix a small dent. They then refused to fix it the next week. So I've purchased several used Mercedes since then at various dealerships. When I saw how far this one was from my house, I was unsure if it was worth it. But I really liked the car. Well, it's definitely worth the trip. Kriss Arbury and the staff were very helpful. They have called several times to make sure everything is fine. They sent the license plates to me by Fed Ex so I wouldn't have to drive up there. They sent a video on how to program my garage door. I understand it is a family-owned dealership so they seem to be very focused on customer service. Highly recommend. More

Worth The Drive I recently purchased my second and third Mercedes from Mercedes of the Woodlands. Awesome customer experienced by Erich Beasley! Erich did an awesome job of helping us find the right car I was looking for. After one test drive, Erich knew exactly what type of model I was looking for. We decided to get the new Mercedes E450 cab 2019. It has everything I wanted in the car and one of the best features - the self-park and all the safety that comes along with it. It is indeed the dream car that I have been wanting to drive and I couldn't stop being amazed by the German design and engineering. I mean no offense with American made but Mercedes Benz thought of everything you could possibly need. Erich continued to follow up and set me up for more learning about Mercedes Benz. He even helped and sent a tech to come over to the house to sync the garage door to my new Mercedes. When I came by to the Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands they even offer free car wash and while waiting at the beautiful lounge the employees are very pleasant and Nic was nice to even make a short conversation and ask how I like the car.
