Fast and efficient, but less happy with Mercedes Benz USA We test drove 2 different GLC's with Nelson, who provided info on the various features of the 2 cars before finding the car. He was knowledgable and f We test drove 2 different GLC's with Nelson, who provided info on the various features of the 2 cars before finding the car. He was knowledgable and friendly, and the facilities at Mercedes Woodlands are very good. Communications were very good and punctual. I'm less happy with Mercedes Benz USA though as for some inexplicable reason even though the GLC43 comes factory fitted with parking sensors, MB USA have decided to disable them unless another option is added. I only realised this after buying the car as I saw them fitted to front and rear so assumed they worked. I've never heard of this happening on any other make/model and that they try this on a $60k vehicle is very frustrating. While this isn't the dealers fault, this is one of the few ways as a customer that I can register my unhappiness at this and hope that this is fed back to MB USA. More
