worst experience ever. we bought a car a year ago. it was all rainbows and unicorns back then with this dealer. In a year time, we didn't skip oil change or regular service of the vehicle. not long after it all rainbows and unicorns back then with this dealer. In a year time, we didn't skip oil change or regular service of the vehicle. not long after its last check at the very same metro ford service, the check engine light flashed! we took it back immediately and couldn't even get proper feedback about what's going on for days! after long waits, multiple call attempts, and horrible customer service we finally learned that the car has an oil leak and needs an engine change. now we had to pay thousands of dollars to fix it. have money to throw away to buy crap cars and badly treated after spent your hardly-earned money? go check their inventory. no, I would not recommend this dealer at all. Do not believe a word. Metro ford will apparently do anything for a sale including lie. We traded in a lease for a Ford. They claimed they bought it out. One month later we received a bill for hundred anything for a sale including lie. We traded in a lease for a Ford. They claimed they bought it out. I would highly recommend another Ford dealership. More

Beware I've got to say. I had high hopes coming into this. I found what looked like a great truck for a decent price. Talked to the salesman Erich Phillips f I've got to say. I had high hopes coming into this. I found what looked like a great truck for a decent price. Talked to the salesman Erich Phillips for a few days, had him send me a video. Asked for it's quality, or if it had any issues I needed to be aware of, how the body looked etc. I was sent a video of it, that's when he pointed at what he said was the only body damage which was a dent in the bumper. Telling me there wasn't a single thing wrong with truck, no leaks, no noises, ran like it was brand new. So we arrange for me to drive 6 hours to see it. I show up, and realize that there were multiple minor scratches, multiple dents and dings. And a 'small' oil leak that apparently they had no idea about. I noticed the undercarraige was exceptionally clean which was odd, and a small drop of oil on the upper oil pan. They stated they wouldn't drop the price, and the oil leak wasn't significant enough for a repair or for them to lower the price. So let's fast forward, I drive it home, come out the next morning and see a puddle of oil in my driveway, climb up under the truck and notice that it wasn't some minor leak but enough now that the upper oil pan was coated in oil, flex plate, even back to the lower oil pan. The salesman obviously wouldn't respond to me after brought this to attention. So I just wanted to give you all a heads up that honesty is not their best policy, and they will do whatever they can to push vehicles out the door. Thank you Erich Phillips for you reminding me that selfish useless people exist like you out in this world! More
