The least stressful experience ever. I went in with a pre-approval, told them what I wanted and what I didn't. They had me drive a Fusion, and told me it had a few miles on it, but they w I went in with a pre-approval, told them what I wanted and what I didn't. Surprised I walked out with a new Explorer We walked in just to see what they had available definitely not planning to buy. We weren't sure what we wanted on it and I'm blown away they had a ( I want that car , I want to buy that car ) the salesman Garett was so knowledgeable and I am in shock we bought that explorer but it had so much on it and we decided this was what we wanted and we bought it . The car we had to trade , they shared with us what it was worth and then we discussed that if I sold it outright I could get x amount so I was leaning toward walking out and Rick asked me what I wanted for mine and I picked a reasonable number and they said we had a deal so I feel it was equitable.
