We own 2 Fords, a 2015 pickup and a 2013 SUV. We take them to Mero Ford ONLY, because they schedule when it's convenient for us and they know our vehicles. So let me start out by saying I have worked in sales for the past 14 years and there is nothing worst than a salesman that sounds scripted, pushy and not genuine. I didn’t feel any of this at this dealers the past 14 years and there is nothing worst than a salesman that sounds scripted, pushy and not genuine. I didn’t feel any of this at this dealership. Nothing in the world better than having a conversation and the rep (I hate to say car salesman because it didn’t feel that way) hearing and listening to what you are looking for. Eric, a fellow veteran, was an absolute pleasure to work with and I will absolutely recommend him to friends and work with him again. He ensured we stayed in range of where I wanted my budget to be for my daughters first car, sat with her after everything was done and was thorough showing her how everything worked in the vehicle. I don’t want to leave out Paul who took care of finance and signing with me. Paul was professional, also genuine in our conversation and not pushy on add ons. I did get a 48k/4 year warranty with the purchase. Very happy with my experience and a big thank you to the team at Metro Ford. More
