Not friendly, but they squeezed my car in. Your service writter should learn how to speak their customers. I needed a NYS inspection. I told him I would be back before they closed and if they got me in great, if not no big deal.... Suggestion, look at your customer when you speak to them, and realize that you are there to assist your customer with the best service, we are not there for you.... More

Longest oil change ever At one point during this routine oil change, I actually considered that it would have been quicker for me to just change it myself, or go to a jiffy l At one point during this routine oil change, I actually considered that it would have been quicker for me to just change it myself, or go to a jiffy lube or somewhere similar. With no exaggeration, it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I have never waited this long for that service anywhere I’ve ever been. More
