Metro Ford was the only Ford dealership in the OKC metro that had available online appointments. It was quite a distance out of my way but I had no choice if I wanted to get these recalls fixed. They had im that had available online appointments. It was quite a distance out of my way but I had no choice if I wanted to get these recalls fixed. They had immediate appointments available and even were patient with me after I had to reschedule multiple times. After a couple days, they had the recalls fixed and even drove my car up to the front door of the dealership for me. Excellent work and customer service. More
