I have been a Lexus owner since 2000. I have bought a Lexus from 3 Lexus dealerships and I have to say that by far my best experience was at Metro Lexus in Cleveland. I cannot say enough for Ryan our Sal Lexus from 3 Lexus dealerships and I have to say that by far my best experience was at Metro Lexus in Cleveland. I cannot say enough for Ryan our Salesperson being thorough and working with us, Dave, in financing and Skylar our super knowledgeable tech that was patient and kind and worked with us to better understand the new electronics of our new RX350L. Maia was very helpful, always available and q Tx. Very happy with my experience purchasing my used Yukon Denali, despite being over 1500 miles away. Maia was very helpful, always available and quick to respond with photos and even a video walk through of the vehicle. David in Financing was also very attentive, will changes made to paperwork the same day as requested. /‘d overnight shipping to expedite the process. Once all the paperwork was approved, my vehicle shipped out the next day! Now just waiting on it’s arrival for final inspection. More
