I had a great experience while looking for a car here. Everyone was super nice and helpful from the salesman to the regular staff and even the guys working in the service shop. Richie was helping me with my car buying process and was super helpful with any questions I had, and the topic didn’t matter he always had the answers. He was never pushy or tried to up sell me! When I first came in I was just looking at a car or two not really sure if I wanted to buy anything yet and he was extremely understanding, a car is a big purchase. He didn’t push a more expensive one on me or anything like that. When I was confident in my discussion we got started on the paperwork and in practically a day the car I wanted was mine, no hassle. Richie was an amazing salesman and I highly recommend him and Mike Murphy Ford. Levi was assisting me with the financial side of it all and he was also outstanding while working with me. He laid out all of my options for a warranty for my car and the payment plans. He was also really detailed with everything and explained everything that I was signing and really like that. And if I had any questions along the way he always had the answer. Levi also didn’t try to up sell me anything I didn’t need, he recommended the best warranty for me and explained everything that went into it. Both Richie and Levi are super friendly and nice to get along with and all around I had an excellent car buying experience here. I’m only 19 so this is my first time buying a car and they always say that first impressions go a long way. Well this one will stick with me for a long time and by the time I need or want a newer and better car I’ll probably be coming here again. More
