Overall the service was great. The man checking me out acted discussed when I told him I wanted to pay with my reward points, as he had to start his check out all over again. I had to wait 2-3 weeks for my vehicle due to them being behind on inspections and detailing. A little over a week after signing papers I received a letter from the lender that they were not agreeable to t behind on inspections and detailing. A little over a week after signing papers I received a letter from the lender that they were not agreeable to the terms submitted by the dealer and they were sending the dealer updated terms. I called the finance manager immediately to find out what the issue was. He had just left for lunch. I called again 2 hours later and was put into his voicemail and left a msg. 24 hours later I still had not received a call back and called again. The lady stated she would have him paged and after paging twice to no response I was again put into his voicemail and left a second msg. This was 1 week ago. I’m still waiting on that call back. Extremely poor customer service. More
