Fit into our schedule My wife and I were having a really busy week. Our daughter had a new baby, my wife had oral surgery, and I was working overtime. We still needed to buy a car, as the transmission had went out on our SUV. We were looking at used cars in the 10-12k range and started with the Mike Murphy Website. We were assigned Derek Hoover as our salesperson, and we had to be some of the more difficult people he had to work with. I demanded that Derek work with us via email and text, as my wife and I didnt have time to spend in the dealership waiting around. We would pick out a car on the website, and Derek would have it waiting at the front door for us to swing by for a test drive. While out on the test drive, we would say what we liked or didnt like about the car, and he would have another car waiting for us to drive after we returned the first one. It was an amazing experience. When we figured out what car we wanted, we did all the necessary communication via email, so when we actually went in to sign the papers and take possession of the car, we were there literally 42 minutes. It was everything we needed. Derek was FAR above and beyond. We will certainly be reaching out to Derek for any other car purchases in the future. More

Paul was very knowledgeable, exhibited tons of patience with me trying to decide between two vehicles and couldn't have had a more pleasant personality. There was never any pressure or that "I'll have to check with my manager" merry-go-round many other sales people pull. I genuinly felt like he was trying to help me get what I wanted, for a fair price, and not just sell me something and move on. I had shopped at a couple of other dealerships and glad I ended up here. Todd, the finance guy, was extremely helpful in explaining the service contract options and willing to work with me on price. The paper signing couldn't have been easier.
