This review is for SERVICE only ..... Pete and the guys in SERVICE were great. They even took the time (at no charge) to top off my blinker fluid. They tried their best to figure out why my Ford Pass Re in SERVICE were great. They even took the time (at no charge) to top off my blinker fluid. They tried their best to figure out why my Ford Pass Rewards never appeared, but sales had kept telling me that they couldn’t reach a human at Ford to find out why. Pete and ALL of the SERVICE guys took their time and answered my questions without “talking down” to a grandmother. They knew that I didn’t acquire this white hair by being stupid and ignorant. I was pleased to thank each one face to face or to shake their hand. Service is their name and Service is what they gave me. More

I got to Mike Murphy Ford and explained my issues and the service tech BOB took care of me.. poor service department I bought my 14 focus on 11-30 2015. Got oil changed on7-10-18. the guy that waited on me, told me the passenger rear tire had 1 locking lugnut on rear passenger tire. my tread getting low. Only place that has a toll to do that is at Peorai Plaza Titre in Peioria, Il. ?ed the fact that in almost 3 years my tires had never been rotated. He gave me bs about what you get when you buy a used car. Yesterday 8-14-18 I took my husband with me to the service department at mike murphy ford. Told him how unhappy I was etc. I have the paperwork from every time my car has been at mike murphy service department!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We we nt to Peotia Plaza Tires yesterday. THE TOOL FOR THE LOCKING LUG WAS IN MY TRUNK WITH SPAIR.. THANYOU for sening me to plaza tires. The people who work there are professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about them & I LOVE MY $540.00 tires. THANKS AGAIN FOR SENDING ME TO PEORIA PLAZA TIRES. More
