Mohawk Honda was a pleasure to deal with in every aspect of my most recent used car purchase. It all started when I inquired online about a car I saw on their website. Deanna responded to me and started the ball rolling. Since I live in Massachusetts I wasn’t able to come check it out right away but she helped work everything out so I could come a few days later. She was really awesome and kept in great contact with me from the very start of the process. A lot of it was through texts and phone calls which was super helpful since I was wasn’t local. She’s really nice and down to earth, I felt like I was dealing with one of my friends because she made feel so comfortable! Mike was great getting my financing straightened out. He was quick and to the point. Finally, Tom delivered my car to me in MA. He was super nice and he knew exactly what we needed to do at the registry. Which was good because I never bought a car out of state before so I wasn’t sure what we needed but he had it all straightened out and everything went perfect! Since I was thinking of my car lease ending soon, a friend of mine suggested I see a salesman named Travis Landry at Mohawk Honda who had recently assisted her in buying a new HR-V vehicle. She was happy with him so I took her advice and had Travis assist me purchasing an HR-V. I’m so happy and pleased I followed her advice because Travis is such a personable young man, I felt as If I’d known him forever. He explained everything about purchasing and delivery of the HR-V car that I decided on buying. All the options on the new car. How much money the car would cost and how much I would get on the vehicle I was turning in on my expiring lease. How long it would take for me to get the new car. Today, I’m happy to say I drove out of the Honda Lot in my new HR-V. There were no surprises as Travis was very thorough with everything about my new car.
