Well Executed Initially I considered purchasing a small SUV from Subaru, Honda, Toyota, and Nissan. I test drove a Honda CRV at the Lia Dealership in Albany. Lia Initially I considered purchasing a small SUV from Subaru, Honda, Toyota, and Nissan. I test drove a Honda CRV at the Lia Dealership in Albany. Lia spent 2-2.5 hours with me. I decided upon purchasing a Honda. I then went to Rensselaer, Keeler, and Mohawk to get price quotations. All dealerships were within $200 of one another. Mohawk was lowest. I challenged Lia to match Mohawk's price. They were unable to do so because of "locater fees". I went back to Camren McKenna at Mohawk, who was able to find the exterior and interior colors that I requested. He found a CRV and delivered it to me within 3 working days of my decision to buy from Mohawk.. There were only 16 miles on the car, hence it did not have to be driven very far. The transaction was painless. Camren made sure of it. Matt Alverson was very patient and showed me how the car worked. He spent about 45 minutes with me and my wife. He synchronized my smart phone with the car and went over every feature in detail. That made it unnecessary for me to read the owner's manual in detail to understand the workings of the car. I will read the manual at my leisure. I don't view buying a car as "fun". The team at Mohawk made it relatively low pressure and painless. They delivered on every promise made. More
