I was very unhappy with the representatives lack of knowledge and nonchalant demeanor. His attitude while communicating was very unprofessional, his explanation to my questions concerning the service o knowledge and nonchalant demeanor. His attitude while communicating was very unprofessional, his explanation to my questions concerning the service of my vehicle was less than complete or satisfactory. Next, I bought my vehicle new off the showroom floor 4 years ago. A component designed to last 10 - 15 years failed and the dealership explanation was "oh well, it happened." I am very unhappy with the service, the professionalism and their overall lack of courtesy. More

Worked with Steve and Fred and they were both wonderful to work with. I was just buying a used car to add to the fleet and was treated as though I'd bought the most expensive car on the lot.
