We are long time customers. We buy our vehicles there, drive then as long as possible, keeping them maintained there. We will hope for a better salesperson next time. Our favorites have retired or moved on elsewhere. The last salesman kept badgering us to finance the truck we bought. We avoid debt as much as possible, but Clint just refused to complete the paperwork without running a hard credit check. I found that insulting. (Our credit is well above 800.) Since when does the customer not know how he or she intends to pay? And what is wrong with a cash payment from customers of well over 20 years? Rant over. I would never buy from that sales rep again, but as stated above, the service dep-especially RJ and Dakota are top notch. More
