Went in to get the oil changed in my daughters car. Arrived at 7:00 a.m., however this time I had not made an appointment in advance. Had a wonderful experience dealing with the actual purchase of my car. I bought a 2019 Tahoe and I’m very pleased with it, this dealership had to be the fastest dealership I’ve ever dealt with most of purchase of my car. I bought a 2019 Tahoe and I’m very pleased with it, this dealership had to be the fastest dealership I’ve ever dealt with most of the times you’re there for hours I was in and out of there, no lie, under an hour and a half. Now as for the service department, they leave a lot to be desired. I bought my car in the next day to have the alignment corrected and I got there at 9 o’clock. My car was still sitting there at 11:30 and had not been touched. Service department told me that the guy who was originally working on it got pulled to another job, I call xxxxxxxx!! I also wanted a car wash that was owed to me from the day of purchase because it was raining and my car didn’t get detailed. Needless to say we got the alignment done & I took the car and washed it myself and as far as the service department I will never return, I will find a Chevy dealership in Wilmington or Charlotte and I will deal with them as far as service and warranty work. There’s nothing more in this life I hate than being made to wait and on top of it being lied to. Two strikes you’re out. More
