I wish it had been a little more organized and not require two trips to the dealership to finalize everything. Brought my R8 in for service for the first time at Morong Audi in Falmouth its sort of like boarding a plane you just reside yourself to trust the pilot and aircraft and relax. There was an all points inspection of the car along with the requested service... It begain when i drove into the service dock area I was greeted by two attendants very freindly, polite and courtious... They directed me into the service desk again greeted warmly again they answered my questions and I was escorted to a waiting area that was very confortable with Wifi ( able to continue with my work) had a great view of a 2021 S4 which is fairlly priced ... All when well the estimate I was given was spot on my car taxied around to the lounge ( if you will) where I was waiting and off I went ... I highly recommend this Dealership and their Service department for outstanding customer service and attention to detail... I don’t recall their names sorry however, everyone I came in contact with had a smile and asked if I needed anything ... More
