My reasoning for a 1 star review is because the system will not let you give 0 stars. The service manager is a rude individual, who on multiple occasions has given me an attitude too. Derek was great to work with, he went above and beyond what I would expect. I traveled 1500+ miles one way to get the vehicle I wanted. He picked me up at the airport and brought me to my Denali.
