The dealership set my expectations appropriately for the service provided. They completed an additional safety inspection as well as part of my recall mitigation. I am slightly frustrated with the word tr service provided. They completed an additional safety inspection as well as part of my recall mitigation. I am slightly frustrated with the word track which I have heard more than once at this dealership - basically inferring that they don't know anything about what I did with this car before because there is no history. Well - the car is new to me too. The verbiage is a little abrasive. After I explained to my first service advisor that I was a new owner the tone changed a bit. I'm willing to be a loyal customer if I'm not continuously treated as an imposter - i would think this could be added to my customer record. More
