Everyone was very helpful and very nice. Could not have asked for a better salesman and finance person!! The ones who detailed my truck did a bad job the night we took it home. I know it w Could not have asked for a better salesman and finance person!! The ones who detailed my truck did a bad job the night we took it home. I know it was late so i was forgiving for that one. Our salesman said he would have them redo it when we came back the following week. He apologized for them doing such a bad job. We brought it back the following week for a couple of things, still waiting on those parts, and the detail people tried to clean it again and yet once again they did a bad job. The windows were horrible, the side mirrors you could not even see out of them because they were streaked so bad. The running boards were also bad. They looked as if they had not even touched them. The front rims had so much break dust on them. You could see where they attempted to wipe them but did not clean them at all. You would expect that kind of cleaning from a 5 year old. Sorry to be so brutal but someone needs to be checking behind them to make sure they are doing the job correctly. I hear y’all have an outside company cleaning the vehicles for Murray Ford. I think you need to find someone else. More

Murray Ford SuperStore is great to deal with - this has been the best car-buying experience for me - ever! I saw the car on Car Gurus, requested more information, offered my car as a trade (provided descri been the best car-buying experience for me - ever! I saw the car on Car Gurus, requested more information, offered my car as a trade (provided description and photos), and received all the paperwork overnight. Murray Ford gave me a fair price and the car was delivered and my trade picked up within 3 days of the sale. Murray Ford is in Starke and I live in Tampa - I did the whole deal remotely, relying on their description - and the car I purchased has exceeded all my expectations!
