One call regarding my interest in a vehicle to Rob Gould was a breath of fresh air. Not only did he meet my requirements to the letter but followed up promptly, got back to me quickly with answers to my questions, made arrangements for a test drive (I live 2.5 hours away) and was there to greet me when I arrived. We did a test drive and closed the deal within an hour. From initial contact to sale his customer service and sales skills were the best! (Bird works in the main building and helps people who drive up to schedule appointments or get an service work but don't have an appointment). He gave me a couple of suggestions, and when I called Andre was available and I am glad that is who answered the phone when I called. He was helpful, and not at all "pushy".
