Wait time was supposed to be 90mins ended up being almost 2.5 hours. Also was told to drive around the building but multiple car were blocking the pathways. I love the new video taping of them doing service on my car. It at least showed me what needs to be done and that they did do the work. and I have the option of seeing what I want to pay for at that time o car.
