It took a month to complete a repairThat should’ve been finished much faster. A new problem emerged that the car did not have when it arrived at the dealership because the problem would’ve made the car und finished much faster. A new problem emerged that the car did not have when it arrived at the dealership because the problem would’ve made the car undrivable. That problem was costly to fix. While my car was at the dealer, the mechanics managed to run down the battery until it was dead and then told me that I needed a new battery. In fact, I purchased that battery a month before the car went to the dealership for this repair and the battery was fine. More

I have nothing but positive words for New Century and its service department. I wasn't sure where the notification was that I would receive my first check up and oil change gratis. I also mentioned a one time occurarance in which when I started the car, all of the computer screen indicators came on at once. I suppose he checked it out.
