DW made me feel more than just a consumer. He was interested in only the things that were important to Me. He didn’t waste conversation on trying to get me into cars i couldn’t afford. He didn’t try to convince me that if i didn’t make a decision quickly, that i was going to miss out on everything i wanted. He was informative, patient, and joyful to talk to! I would recommend people to ask for him specifically because i’m convinced he’s a people person first! He does NOT force you to make decisions that you’re not entirely comfortable making by using intimidation tactics. His process upon introduction is more, i’d have to say, INTIMATE. He makes you feel welcome, more up close and personal. He relates & interacts with you as if you jusy walked into his home with family present. I didn’t see “Dollar Signs” in his eyes. By the way….. i did get a car! One i can afford, better than what i expected to drive away with initially. He helped to make the transition smooth! Thank you DW…. RoLL TiDE! More

Jon was very friendly and accommodating. He answered any questions as did other staff. They helped us find the right car for us and we felt no pressure at any time.
