WORST experience ever. DO NOT BUY HERE. Beware I just had the worst experience at a car dealer that I’ve ever had before. I drove quite a distance to the dealer. Test drove the car, liked it. Decid I just had the worst experience at a car dealer that I’ve ever had before. I drove quite a distance to the dealer. Test drove the car, liked it. Decided to look at purchasing it. Agreed on a deal with the salesman. He ran the numbers and pulled my credit. We finalized the deal and the terms / rate. After a long delay, the Sales Manager came out and said he got the numbers wrong. He stated that the car would be $1,000 more expensive that the agreed upon deal. When I went to gather my things and leave, he stated that he would make it up to me on the interest rate by lowering it. We had already agreed upon the “best and lowest” interest rate that they could get me, but magically he could lower it now. Taking this a step farther, this isn’t even close to being the same thing. I would lose that money plus some if I paid off the car early. He tried convincing me that this would come out the same dollars and cents wise. We stated we wanted the original deal on the table that we agreed upon. They wouldn’t do it. My wife and I left. The salesman wrote me a text (never called) the next morning while I was at work. I called him back a bit later. He tried apologizing for the “honest mistake” and after a moments, he disclosed that they had sold the car to another customer that morning. I get that holding a car isn’t a good option for a car dealer, and to be clear, I never asked him to, but if I cared about my customers and the experience that I was giving to them, I would have tried to straighten things out first thing that morning. I also would have gone way further than sending a text that stated to “call me when you can”. I can’t help but wonder if they got a higher offer after we agreed upon our deal when they came back with the $1,000 “mistake”. I certainly hope this is not the way that they treat all of their customers. Ultimately, the dealership has made it clear that you don’t care about me or business. The car is just a car; I couldn’t care less that it got away. There are plenty out there. I will never step foot on this car lot again. The salesman was JT Rosenthal and he was fine. The arrogant Sales Manager was Bruce Moss. In an effort to prevent this from happening to anyone else, I am going to let everyone that I possibly can know about my experience as well via any method I can – social media and any dealer rating websites. I have also contacted Nissan, the Gallatin Chamber of Commerce and the BBB. More

Wanted to know who told us we only had to finance a minimum amount for a total of 3 payments acted like we had just made it up. Really didn't like him at all. More

Awesome and Outstanding experience From the moment I exited my car I was greeted by Brian Hosier. He was very friendly and asked me if I needed any help. He asked me questions about what I was looking for. He listened very attentively and started to show me the type of truck I was looking for. After a few more questions we sat down and he started searching his computer. He found two(2) trucks that I might like. Unfortunately both trucks were sold. That didn't stop him. He searched more trucks then he asked if I would be interested in a used truck. He explained that even know it was a 2017 Frontier it was considered a used truck mileage. To make a long story short he went far beyond helping me find my perfect truck. One other thing working with the gentlemen in the financing department was unbelievable experience. Both Josh and Anthony worked so hard to get me financed. Both these gentlemen did an outstanding job. This dealership did a great job. Thank You so much during my buying experience. However, when I go to the dealership for picking up the car and sign the paper work, the price detail does not include employee discount, I asked Ben Farmer why there is no discount, they said because emloyee discount is less than what we offer to you right now, In my opinion, they just make up the excuse. So I will not go back there any more, don't trust this dealership anymore. More
