Breath of fresh air My previous experiences at Newton weren't the most pleasant. Not once did I feel pressured to make a purchase. He answered all questions and made it feel personalized and not once did I feel like a customer, but someone who was important and valued. Needed service I needed service on my Altima that I thought was still under warranty come to find out it was not. My new salesperson, Juan, turned the situation around after seeing how upset I was, communicated with management and was given a much better and closer trade in value. I would have given him five stars; however you only asked for overall rating of the dealership. And although the dealership also played a part in turning the situation around, the fact that it happened in the first place means I can only give four stars. More

Love the no hassle, teamwork approach at Newton Nissan! We started the process with salesman, Ben Stoll, who was very helpful, providing us with follow up videos of the vehicles we were interested in. On subsequent visit when we ended up buying a vehicle that Ben had previously shown us, he was not working at that time so Roy McGregor was the salesman who helped to clench the deal. Both Ben & Roy are outstanding examples of helpfulness, professionalism, and just good, decent people. Newton Nissan is to be commended for having salespersons of that caliber. And we liked that no hassle, teamwork approach. We've both rather have a root canal than to have to deal with vehicle purchases but Ben & Roy made it a breeze! Thank you! More
