First pleasant experience buying a car and I've bought many I was looking for a specific make, model, color and options. I had tried dealing with a different dealership and was extremely disappointed. I went I was looking for a specific make, model, color and options. I had tried dealing with a different dealership and was extremely disappointed. I went online looking for the car I wanted and I found it. I didn't even realize how far away they were from me...2 hours. I sent them an email on a Sunday and received a response the following morning. Dave Holle called and told me about the car. He even sent me a video of the exact car I wanted, pointing out everything. I ended up buying the car without even seeing it in person. I didn't get any movement in negotiation because they knew it was the exact car, but then, they brought the vehicle to me the day before Thanksgiving. There was no high pressure to buy additional products or services. Dave followed up several times on questions that I had and to make sure everything was okay. So far everything has been great. I never did this before, but at this point, I would certainly do it again, at least with this dealership. More
