Friendly staff, and a great price on my used vehicle I found the vehicle I was interested in online. Roger Blackburn personally took a video of the vehicle, showing all of it's features inside and out, I found the vehicle I was interested in online. This level of service was impressive and prompted me to make Newton Nissan my first stop. I had a list of vehicles to look at in other locations, but the Nissan Quest Roger showed me was very clean and well maintained with relatively low mileage for the year. Roger was friendly and personable, never pushy, and we negotiated a fantastic price. Kyle Bolton was working at the next desk and was also very friendly. He got me a bottle of water, helped answer questions, and let me know about the Liberty Mutual auto insurance agents that work with Newton Nissan. Kyle sent my information over to the Liberty Mutual reps and they called me the same day. I had previously been a Safe Auto customer, but Liberty Mutual gave me a very competitive quote, so I switched. I do not recall the name of the gentleman who helped with finalizing the paperwork, but he was also very friendly, and really funny. The entire process start to finish was pleasant and stress-free. I feel I got the best deal possible for the particular make/model/year I bought. My license plate was sent to the dealership and only took about 10 days to arrive. When I went to pick it up, my salesman came out and put the plate on for me. Awesome service. More
